If you’re looking for motivation to help you see it through, come and join The Scott Bell Fund Running Club on Strava. All you have to do is download the Strava free app or visit www.strava.com, search for the club and start running! Each run will be logged so you can compare your runs against past efforts and monitor your progress.
There will be monthly challenges that you will have the option to join which could be the difference between taking a long weekend lie-in or getting out and putting in some miles! Where do you want to rank on our weekly leaderboard?
The challenges were hugely popular last year, we raised an amazing £475 and hopefully had a bit of fun and gained a little fitness along the way too! Come and get involved, challenges will be for all abilities, lots of support, motivation and good craic!
